Peak District Interpretation Partnership
Peak Experience is managed by the Peak District Interpretation Partnership. The Partnership brings together representatives from the Peak District National Park Authority, Derbyshire County Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council, High Peak Borough Council, The National Trust, Natural England, English Heritage and Severn Trent Water.
The Partnership aims to support the development of high-quality and innovative interpretation to tell the many stories of the Peak District.
Over the last 10 years it has worked to support many exciting community-led projects, such as the Ashover Rock Art Project, Pilsbury Castle’s Interpretation Project and Eyam Explored as well as Peak Experience.
MyPeakExperience is funded through the Partnership. Contributions to the website have been made by Derbyshire County Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council, High Peak Borough Council, The National Trust, Natural England, the Peak District National Park Authority and Severn Trent Water. The website is also part-financed by the European Union European Regional Development Fund.
